A Little Before, A Little After

Restoring some older windows and they are COVERED in paint and stuff. Yes, a technical word, Stuff.  These have been soaking for several hours and now the careful removal of the paint. Even some of the lead lines are covered in a black paint. Wonder what people were thinking when they did that?

Fusing Demonstration

Our next Fusing Demonstration is scheduled for Thursday, May 23rd at 7:00 PM.  We will be demonstrating how to do “Kiln Casting with Frit” of small decorative pieces for your larger fused pieces, kiln cast boxes and, free form casting.  The cost is $5.00 and you must pre-register.  No Experience Necessary.Abstrac bowl

Beginning Bead Making I and II

Have you taken our Introduction to Bead Making class?  Are you interested in learning more and upping your game when it comes to your lampworking skills.  We have added two Beginning Bead-making classes to our line up to help you gain those skills.  They will be offered the third Saturday of most months (there are a couple of times when its the fourth Saturday, check the calendar!!) one in the morning and one in the afternoon.  You may sign up for one or both but space is limited to four students so don’t delay in registering for these classes.  Check out the Lampworking classes page for further details and costs.
