This weekend starts the four week blast of Glaskolben classes. Blown Glass Ornaments 101 – A fun and easy class where you will learn how to make fabulous blown glass ornaments. Each student will be given glass tubes to fill with their favorite color or colors of glass and heat them with a torch. You will then blow the warm glass (actually its really hot) into a one-of-a-kind ornament. Min. 4 Max. 8 students per class. TUITION: $100.00. The other great thing is because we moved we have more space in our studio for our regulars to keep doing their work too! Keep watching the posts for some great pictures and maybe even a video or two. We’ll find out who is full of hot air. 🙂

The picture on the bottom right is the drawing of Starry Night by Vincent van Gogh that Erin started with. Erin wanted to incorporate traditional stained glass with some fused objects. The other picture is of her window Pre soldering. As you can see the stars that she made are the fused portion of the window. Cant wait to see it completed!
